Talk about available! When I bought my first home I had a million questions. It took me months to finally pull the trigger on something but Jon never strayed from me. He stood by me as I asked all my dumb questions and explained things (usually 3 or 4 times if need be) without ever losing his cool. I've worked with Roseana at CFS on four different loans now. Two for myself and another two for family members who needed some help. She is always a joy, and really fun to talk to on the phone. As a broker she really explains things so they are super clear and is very thorough. She knows exactly what she needs to get the job done.

I was nervous about getting a loan because it's the first time I ever bought a house - and might be my last too. I had heard horror stories from my friends about how they would find their dream house but it would fall out of escrow because the loan would not go through.
