Toni did the X-rays and cleaning. She took her time, giving me breaks as needed and explained everything as she worked. She was very professional but friendly. Dr Couzins did the exam giving me time for questions. When I told her that I was as worried about possibly needing to cancel future appointments due to my husbands poor health, she was very understanding and compassionate.

This was without a doubt the most positive dental experience I have ever had. The doctor and hygienist went out of their way to alleviate any fear I had and to ensure the procedure was painless.
Lovely environment, caring staff. Worked to get me an appointment as soon as possible with an oral surgeon. Only thing is that I’m in a lot of pain. Didn’t deal with that.

Two crowns today and I can’t say enough about the whole staff. From the receptionist, financial person, the hygienist Dr. Couzens and Rachel. They took their time made be comfortable explained the procedure and finished in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Couzens and her staff👍👍

Was given a tour of the office at my initial appointment last November before treatment. It revealed a very pleasant & modern office. Staff all very courteous as was Dr. Couzens. I especially appreciate being able to view my teeth on the enlargement screen allowing me to see my teeth before & after treatment. An overall positive experience.

This is certainly a place of excellence. Dr Couzens is exceptional in her skills as well as bedside manner. I’ve never been to a more knowledgeable dentist or a kinder one. Her staff are friendly and very accommodating. Martha is one of a kind as she reassures you as she proceeds to keep your teeth and mouth healthy. I had a chip tooth and wanted to get in quick because of a trip in a couple of days. I called, and the staff was very accommodating to get me in. While I was there they all were very friendly and courteous.
Great facility and staff, they make sure you're comfortable and informed every step of the way. Going to the dentist always gives me anxiety, but this is the only place that has worked with me to make it a positive, anxiety-free experience. The staff are all very experienced and kind.
My teeth and gums are in excellent condition due to two things. (1). The care of Dr. Couzens and her staff, in particular, Martha. (2). Their instructions on the caring of my teeth and gums at home and the discipline they instilled in me to follow through. In my 68 years of life, Dr Couzens and her staff are the very best.
