I’m on week 3 of my 6 weeks. I’m very impressed. I was nervous since we are still in the midst of a pandemic but Sharan really reassured me with all the safety measures they take. I first came to watch a class to see what it was all about & to make sure I felt safe. Our instructor wears a mask & is vaccinated. I’ve been vaccinated and so has everyone in my workout class/team. Everything is clean.... More

Everything is clean. There is sanitizer available. When I signed up, they asked for a copy of my vaccination card which I thought was awesome! I truly think of the other ladies in my class as my teammates. The classes are tough but that is what I signed up for. Everyone works at their own pace but the trainers do a great job of pushing you without being overbearing. Doing each exercise correctly and safely is a number 1 priority there which I love as it’s been awhile and I was concerned about injuries. Getting the body fat scan was fascinating & I can’t wait for my next one to see the changes in my body. All the woman there are inspiring and it’s more than just a work out class, it’s about supporting each other and loving who we are. The recipes Sharan sends out are really good. I’ve learned a lot about nutrition, what my food triggers are and what I need to do besides the exercise. I highly recommend TASH Wellness!! Less

This Wellness Center is more than a gym: it's a community that is both loving and holds each other accountable, which is a huge way to change your mindset and get into a healthy routine. This is the best gift you can give yourself while stuck at home!
I have been on my fitness journey with Sharan now for almost 2 years. It has and is a wonderful way to get fit. I am very overweight and Sharan’s workouts are tailored to women my age and fitness level. Her zoom workouts are wonderful. I’ve made wonderful friends and workout buddies. Will do whatever it takes to stay working out with Tash Fitness.
Sharan know her "stuff"! She will answer all your questions and set a plan that will work for you. The community of women........AWESOME. It's well worth the investment for your well-being and meeting your goals.

Almost completed the 6 wk program.I'm more flexible & can put my socks on without wincing.No more grunts & groans getting in & out of the car, muscle mass improved,balance is better & bonus -10 lb. So much fun!Love the friendly atmosphere.
Feeling very good during & after class. It is a great experience with just a few of us in class & lots of help doing the exercises with lots of care & enthusiasm. Nothing could be better.
This is a wonderful program and a very supportive environment. Sharan really knows her stuff and give each individual her time and encouragement. Well worth the money.
