We have many issues related to weather, but I was kept 100% up to date. As soon and the weather allowed the weather installation started and went smoothly. The final result was better than expected.

Excessively. Alex reached out to me a week later which is normal, however it happened to be a school holiday so all 3 kids were home. Add in appointments and catching up on housework and cooking from working all week needless say I didn't have a lot of time to respond. He texted me twice that day. I did not reply. The next day the 19th he texted again. At this point I just wasn't going to reply because I will contact back when I am ready, and I just wasn't ready, and then anxiety sets in because I know I haven't replied and I felt bad about it and didn't know what to say. Alex then texts again the next day the 20th. And again on the 21st. 4 days of texts with no response from me. There is being persistent and then there's being annoying. There was a few days break until the 23rd of January and again on January 24th to which Alex said "Don't worry Rebecca - It’s not you, it’s me. I can sometimes come on too strong. Let me know if you have any questions. I’m always here to help! :-)" Obviously if I have not responded by now, customer service line of thinking days "drop it". Plus that was kind of a snarky thing to say 😥. I thought that would be the end of it. But no. January 28th another text. And February 1st another one. By today, February 5th, I received yet another text and finally replied because at this point it is harassing me and I just don't have time for that or time for people to treat me that way. I replied to his text "It's been a month and you are way past the point of harassing. I have no interest in working with a company that pesters their prospects." He then had the nerve to say, "I understand. If your situation changes in the future and you need our services, please feel free to reach out. We would be more than happy to assist you. I hope you have a great rest of your day!" If my situation changes?? My "situation" is I have not been responding and no response IS a response, and he chose to pester the living daylights out of me just to get an answer. No, that is not how you do customer service with people. Then to make it "my fault" by saying "if your situation changes"? No. I would never do business with someone whom can't take "no" in ANY form of communication. Edit for owner response: I will be happy to email you the entire text conversation. Yes, I do have the right company. He introduced himself as "Alex with Big Tex Turf". I also have emails with your email address attached to them. I do not find it professional whatsoever that you would say that this is not true and i am mistaken... I am not mistaken and I have sent you an email with all the information. I also called Alex and have a screen recording with audio where he states he does work for you and is a coordinator for you guys- not an automated system. The level you went to in order to blame an automated system that doesn't exist, and then to blame me, is astonishing. I would never do business with anyone whom treats people this way. Less

For the last five years I have battled with lawn issues, disease, weeds, bald patches and of course constant mowing. I then saw an Ad in Facebook showing the perfect lawn.
