They would probably have walked all over me but fortunately I had Julie Langford at J.S. Forwarding fighting my corner and they eventually backed down and agreed to redirect it to Felixstowe. Had problems with rip off merchants who wanted to charge the earth. Contacted Chris at JSF and everything was sorted very quickly, efficiently and in a very friendly way. I imported from China and got ripped off big time. If there's ever a next time, I'll use JSF from start to finish to cut out the Chinese gangsters.
