A great, welcoming and friendly team who have really helped me start a new fitness regime as a beginner!

I had an achilleas injury half way through my prepaid sessions, i sent a message to Holly, she asked what happened so i told her and i never received anything since, months down the line not even a text to ask if i was ok? If i wished to continue with the sessions i had already paid for, no customer care support at all.

The gym is really welcoming and it's easy to book classes. You can workout at your own pace with no judgement from others, which was always a concern of mine. The workouts are well planned and the variety of exercises is great.

A great way to get in shape. They have a variety of different workouts through the week, letting you target different muscle groups as well as overall fitness, along with an experienced trainer to guide you as you go. I've already seen a noticable difference in my physique as well as my fitness in 2 weeks.

No nonsense PT gym, with a really supportive community. Everyone is friendly and no one judges your ability. The instructors really know their stuff and will adjust and support you throughout your journey. This place (as seen in the name) is for over 30s only. There are absolutely no posers. Everyone just gets on with it. I can't recommended this place enough!!

Joining Fithub30 has been the best decision I have made this year. It has totally transformed my life on many levels. Having moved to Cardiff with my two teenagers and starting a job working from home, I found myself being quite isolated. I had also put myself under an enormous amount of pressure focusing on everything else but myself. I needed to not only get out and about and meet new people but I was very underweight and needed to start building my body and strength back up. Then I found Fithub30 on the internet. I contacted them and after speaking with the lovely Holly, I knew this was the place for me. Holly totally understood my situation and was so helpful and inspiring. This is not your ‘normal’ gym. This is a warm and welcoming space filled with lovely, like- minded souls where you feel part of a ‘family’. The training you are given by the very experienced, professional coaches Dave, John and Mike is unsurpassed. They are warm and make you feel very welcome indeed. If you are a beginner or have been a member for a while, they are very astute and very good at helping you build upon your strengths and weaknesses. They make you feel so comfortable and at home. Fithub30 has helped me to build my confidence back up and get strong again, mentally, emotionally and physically. This is a space where you work hard but with the sense of achievement after a session, it’s so worth it. It does not take long before you start seeing results. Love them and would highly recommend! A friendly and inviting environment, with Jon & Mike - the coaches - on hand to guide you through the exercises and keep you motivated. It’s great being able to turn up with a session laid out for you that changes daily, and challenges you in different ways. Jess and Holly are also always great and available to offer support and guidance.

Mike and Jon have been fab so far it's exactly what I was looking for: accountability, expertise and an environment that pushes me where I need to go. I've been surprised how well I've coped with their sessions so far and that is all thanks the PTs, pushing me and teaching good technique. Highly recommend them if your over 30 and wanting to get fit, even if it's your first time at a gym.

I'm not quite sure where to begin when describing how incredible DKnine Fitness is and what a massive difference it has made to my life! I have just completed the 6 week challenge and I am hooked!!! The team could not be more supportive, the coaches are just incredible and the whole DKnine experience is friendly, welcoming, fun and non-judgemental! From someone who was lacking motivation, commitment and confidence (literally driving to the gym and driving away again without going in!) I could not feel any stronger - mentally or physically! The 6 week challenge has made me realise who I really am - and who I can be! I cannot explain how much it has changed me both emotionally and mentally... and physically??? Everyone at DKNine are so friendly, non judgemental and extremely supportive. I have always hated gyms and exercise but this gym definitely changed my mindset and I thoroughly enjoy attending the group and 1-2-1 sessions, thank you DKNine

I Rate this Gym with 5 stars All the trainers are super nice and help and encourage you no matter what level of fitness you are at.The staff behind the scene are always there to help or lend a ear .Have made lots of gym buddies.Look forward to walking through the door and feeling amazing when i walk out. The best gym I have ever been to! The staff are brilliant and the other members are a joy to be around! I signed up for a 6 week trial and nearly two years later I have not only changed my body but also I am mentally the strongest I have ever been, my anxiety and depression have gone forever!!

I tried them all...I joined DKNine almost 7 months ago and haven't missed a session, apart from xmas week.. it's as much a part of my daily routine now as brushing my teeth. I genuinely am lost on "non gym days".. I've had hiccups and slip ups with food and training but I still feel so much better in myself and seeing results..I'm also quicker get back into routine after any food F#$k ups these days.. highly recommend it.. no matter how fat, fit or frumpy(I can say that I was/ now not so much all three F's) you look or feel.. Such a warm and welcoming place to train, have fun and make friends. With so many classes and options suitable for everyone, there will be something for you there. The classes run all day so time could never be an excuse. Love the over 30s idea, you know that you're walking into a gym with likeminded people. Dont wait like i did, go for it!

Been going a week now it's great, never been in a gym but this is different the other 30s is a great idea. Meeting new people no egos and the trainers and owners are all warm and friendly.
