This is a great place to train and coach Malaki is an exceptional coach who brings out the best in you. Such a quality training experience that I would recommend for anyone to come out and participate. Truly focused on strength and weakness to bring out your best.

Coach Malaki is very knowledgeable and encouraging and gives you a great workout in only 30 min! These workouts build your confidence and it feels great to hit the bag after a long day. It's always something new, and I enjoy learning new techniques. I recommend giving it a try!

Scheduling was simple and the staff was welcoming. My son enjoyed his visit and plans to return soon.

It was a great experience for my child, but I could not find anyone to help me or direct me where to take him on our first day.

This use to be a great club. The instructor is good, and professional. Last year it was $75. with make up classes and easy cancellation. Now his wife has taken over billing. It's 130. with taxes, No make up classes, 30 day cancellation policy. You get Covid , your child has a school event(open house) or can't make it. Too bad, no make ups!! THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU TO MAKE IT FAIR!!

I’ve been coming here for close to a year now and I can honestly say I feel an improvement. Coach Malakai and his team taught me so much over these past months and have made me more enthusiastic about working out than I’ve ever been in a long time. You won’t regret checking out the classes and what they have to offer.

Keller Boxing Club is an excellent facility for great workouts and boxing education and practice. Coach Malaki is totally focused on both skills development and strength/endurance training. Coach Malakai has been awesome. My family goes for the private sessions and my 2 boys (8 & 9) love it. He pushes us in a positive way and we have a great workout. I highly recommend this boxing gym.

Amazing experience! Went in with 0 training 0 experience and the coaches were extremely nice and knew what they were doing. 10/10 recommend. Will be signing myself up for a membership after my first visit.

We love Keller boxing club! My husband and I enrolled our 3 kids at KBC to get some physical activity in their schedule, particularly during remote learning this fall. I decided to take advantage of their family plan myself and began working out with the kids in November. After breaking my leg and dislocating my ankle last year, I'm recovering and strengthening my ankle (as well as going down one size in clothing so far!). The environment is so encouraging and empowering. The coaches strike a great balance between pushing you to go a bit further than you did the time before and allowing you to listen to your body to avoid overdoing it. I was always looking for a place to learn how to box but not feel initimated. Coach Malaki and the rest of the boxing family at this facility made me feel right at home on the first day. It was the hardest 45 mins of my life but I left the gym feeling so good about myself - it is definitely the definition of blood, sweat and tears but the reward is priceless!!!

Amazing place and everyone is super nice

Went for a family fitness boxing lesson with my 8 year old son. Had an awesome time. Coach Malaki worked us hard but was also very patient teaching some of the basics. Excellent facility, great training. I’d highly recommend to anyone.

My first class with the Keller Boxing Club was great. As a beginner, my work out challenged me and I surprised myself, I was able to do it. I was encouraged the whole time, had a great variety of workout stations and was given instructions to keep me safe and free from injury. I highly recommend this Club. Thank you!

My son worked out with one of his coaches (his eldest son). We signed up! First day met two fabulous coaches, one turned out to be a boxer from 2016 Rio Olympic team! The other coach really connected with my son and was able to have my son be motivated to give it his all! Malaki has different coaches all the time to teach different ways to learning the sport. That’s really cool because every perspective is different! Malaki’s teaching reminds me of the training you get with one on one professionals. My eldest does baseball and had professional lessons, and he had tons of drills doing the same thing over and over and making slight tweaks to throwing, framing etc… Malaki is the same way. Show how to throw a punch, how to stand, how to push off with a toe, and work on it over and over, make subtle changes to maximize power, or speed or whatever is lacking. I remember one lesson where it was just throwing a punch, look at stance and position, move Kolten to right position, over and over, go practice it by his self, come back 10 minutes later to see if he really picked it up, made adjustments again… I really appreciate that type of attention where its super direct focused. BUT not every day is like that, it’s not monotonous nor routine, one day it’s a good Cardio workout, another days its punches, another day its shoulders, so what they work on for the day, is what they really focus on. Malaki should put a sleep disclaimer on his workouts… GUARANTEED to promote SLEEP in a YOUNG CHILD from all the exercise! Great Family place!
