I can't say enough good things about this clinic. All of the providers are extremely knowledgable and personally invested in your care. Ryan helps with my severe scoliosis and pain management. One thing very refreshing is that they are open to learning new things as well and really listen their patients. When we are consulting with any of them, time is not the element, making sure we understand is! Sally is our health coach and does a fantastic job to keep us on track with our program, motivate and inspire us, make sure we get the best care. Whenever I have had a question or concern, she does all she can to take care of our needs. She is a great listener, and cares about my daughter and her success.We were so impressed with her willingness to follow up and give us a personal call, just to make sure we are on track at home. I posted a review on Feb 24th and only gave East West Health two stars. I just wanted to do an update on the earlier post. At that time I was very frustrated by the fact that I had not had any follow up regarding the stem cell injections I had back on August 5th 2016. Well since that post I was contacted by East West Health and went in for a consultation with Regan. He was very cordial and concerned by the fact that the stem cell injections had not worked for me and has offered to do another session of the injections and apologized for the fact that they had "dropped the ball" on my situation. I need to update this review. The stem-cell procedure did not work after all. After thousands of dollars, I am back to being practically crippled. I was so excited because I thought it worked. It did not. I would advise people to be very vigilant before doing this procedure here. I forgot all about the positive review I left years ago. I hope the procedure has improved. P.S. In answer to the replay below from East West Health - SLC: Thank you for your reply. However, I don't have the kind of money such a treatment would cost. My financial situation has changed dramatically. Since Medicare doesn't cover this, I won't be coming in for further treatments. As I said above, I hope with all my heart that the stem-cell treatments are more effective now. I truly believed that I wouldn't have to face anymore surgeries, so I was extremely disappointed. Less

I would highly recommend this clinic. The staff have become family and are so caring and accommodating. Acupuncture is great plus the additional health solutions offered are amazing. I love Sierra, she's become my buddy!

First acupuncture today. Felt very nauseous, they were on the spot getting me ginger tea, nutrition bar, mixed nuts, patches. They showed lots of love and concern. Thnk u ♡ They also called a couple days later to check on me

Been going to East West for over 10 years now. I have referred several that have been very impressed and seen significant improvement with their conditions. My Mother-in-law had compilations after back surgery and Regan helped greatly in her recovery. I highly recommend this clinic and staff.

This is my favorite place in Salt Lake City for all of my health needs. Acupuncture is only one of the many things they offer and I love that they blend traditional and modern medicine in their approach.

I have been very happy that Reagan doesn't completely discount Western medicine, but works to find a balance each patient is comfortable with.
