I called yesterday at 3pm, spoke to Romeo and he explained the costs, and I was amazed by how reasonable they were. I asked how many days it would take to get their services, and Romeo said . . . Will 8am tomorrow work? YES! I replied. I received a phone call at 7:30 this morning, and met Michael, Brady & Christian at the home. They were there at 8am as they had stated. These gentlemen were polite, honest and very understanding of what I needed done, and they did a great, awesome and quick job. They worked hard, and had the approximately 28' X 30' attic cleared out (even after having to take 1st load to dump) by 11 am. These 3 gentlemen were my Angels. I was very impressed with their work ethic, dedication to assuring that my needs were met. I am so very thankful & greatful for their help. They were the only group of people that we had to hire (movers & cleaners were rude, didn't follow COVID masking protocol (Mid South did) broke items, didn't care about our belongings NOTHING!) Mid South wore masks, asked me questions about what needed to be removed, and treated my junk better than the moving company did my personal items. My take from this interaction . . . Not only were they prompt, professional, friendly, - but they picked up their phone after hours and helped me get the work done more efficiently. Feels and operates like a family-run business.
