The office is very clean the staff is very kind and professional. I have never been to a dentist that as soon as I checked in offered me a drink or asked what I wanted to listen to or watch in my appointment room. That was amazing. Great experience! I had a filling come out on Friday and I had called around to 6-7 dentists, which each were too booked or don’t take new patients/urgent care. Some receptionists were even rude/short. When I called Embrey Dental in Royersford, Rose answered and was empathetic to my situation and said they could get me in within 2 hours. I was completely at ease and thankful for how accommodating and kind the staff was, and that was just over the phone. When I arrived, it was even better! Everyone I interacted with was kind and attentive to my needs. They had even asked my favorite music, which then played in the room I was being treated in. Dr. Lim was also wonderful. He walked me through my entire X-ray, tooth by tooth. He was thorough and considerate. Since Friday I’ve already told 6-7 people about the experience! Highly recommended. Less

I have been dealing with a severe dental phobia for decades and haven't had work done in over 15 years. I had to have a tooth extraction due to it being loose and infected. Dr Lim and his staff were so patient and understanding of my phobia and concerns and made me feel so comfortable with the procedure. I didn't feel any pain whatsoever and they checked on me the next day to make sure everything was ok. This experience has totally changed my outlook on dentists and I'm actually looking forward to my next visit. Thank you again! Less
