Best gym, literally a family of great people whom support another on thier journeys. They care about your health and when you arrive there is a session that a qualified trainer will guide the class as a group. They are always open to modifications if needed and the exercises go by fast and yet are efficitive.

New U is not your typical gym. They offer a variety of classes and a different workout. There is never the same workout! The trainers are great to work with and they will modify the workout if needed. The are consistently helping members work on their healthy eating, mindset and of course goals. I have been a member for over 4 years now and I haven't looked back!

My experience at New U has been a positive one. I would not consider myself to be "sporty" or "athletic", but from the moment I walked into the studio, the staff made me feel comfortable. I also have some pretty significant knee issues which all the staff have been great at helping me find exercises I can safely do.

You can tell that everyone at New U truly cares about each other. The coaches check in, help you with nutrition, modifications, and are an ear when you need one. They have maneuvered around these unprecedented times very well.
