I just want to say that since the crew replaced our furnace and installed the new ductwork, my house has finally been comfortable in every room. They used spray foam on all the ducts. It’s clean, quiet and heats our home evenly for the first time since we bought this home 15 years ago. Definitely saves us money on our electric bill.

I had a very ancient heating and cooling system which was costing me over $600 a month in electric bills! After researching exactly what I needed they installed a new system and even handled the financing for me. The AC unit was not working and needed further diagnostic work. He went back to the office at 9:30 PM and got us two portable AC units to use until they could get our AC working again. We were having a high heat and humidity event and were really uncomfortable, but, with the provided AC units we slept super well!! The Diagnostic Team member arrived at 7:30 AM the next morning and immediately discovered the trouble and initiated a workaround allowing the AC unit to function until the failed circuit board could be obtained. We’ve been without central heat since early January, until today. I called Affordable Heat & Air and was told by Josh that our entire central heat and air unit needed to be replaced because the parts for it were not made anymore. We were ready to have it replaced, (we even have a home warranty that would have paid $2500 of the $10,000 Josh said it would cost) but couldn’t get them to come back out to do the work. We had to put in a blue flame and multiple electric heaters to get through the cold months. Recently I visited with a young man in line at O’reillys that was wearing a Julian Heat & Air uniform. When he heard what I had to say, he said he believed the air should work and maybe only the heat had to be replaced. I went home and turned on the air and it worked fine, I had trusted what Josh said and didn’t check to see if the air would come on. It was January, after all. I scheduled an appointment with Julian Heat & Air and today, Kyle Turner, came to check it out. In less than an hour he paid attention to my grandson and had the heat fixed. He had the part needed on his truck and it cost me a whole $343.20. If I could give 10 stars I would for not only a great job but also for being honest and not taking advantage just because I didn’t know anything about how the units work. Jason Julian and staff have a very strict quality standard. My heat went out and I gave them a shout and within 1 hour the lead tech was there! He diagnosed the problem and had the part ordered in no time flat! I am on their maintenance program and it is very affordable. You also get a nice discount on service call and parts! Recommend over anyone else!
