On the Monday he came by, and did the installation. I liked that he went to great lengths to ensure that the installation was done correctly and took me through all the compliance elements and that the temperature was optimally set. We had a burst geyser in the roof leading off a loft bedroom. The bedroom had obviously been put in after the geyser and it was extremely difficult to get the old geyser out of the roof. There was no way of getting it out of the loft or getting the new one up into the loft. The stairway was too narrow and we found the trapdoor in the passage had been covered over inside with the wooden loft floo... More
We had a burst geyser in the roof leading off a loft bedroom. The bedroom had obviously been put in after the geyser and it was extremely difficult to get the old geyser out of the roof. There was no way of getting it out of the loft or getting the new one up into the loft. The stairway was too narrow and we found the trapdoor in the passage had been covered over inside with the wooden loft flooring and part of the tiled bath. We had to have a new trapdoor cut and the burglar alarm wiring completely re-routed to give enough space. Kyle from Sprint Plumbing was the most efficient, cheerful, hard-working plumber I have ever met. He finished a most difficult job by correcting all the illegal and unsafe work done on the previous geyser which often needed a very intelligent and level-headed approach. Leaking pipe in wall . After hours visit on Sunday evening was required , temporary stop put in place , and returned to replace the pipe. Great , efficient service . Kept me in the loop throughout process
