Very good and prompt installation. Product seems to work well and seems to be on track to provide the amount of power to offset my power bill. However there is an issue that wasn't discussed and didn't occur to me before or during the installation. In winter there is alot of uncontrolled snow and ice build up that lets go suddenly falling on my neighbors property. I've contacted the company to provide a viable solution to the problem without success. Seems like an oversight that a professional should have a solution or option during the quote phase of the installation. Another point to consider when installing solar panels within the city are pests. Since the installation of the panels pigeons have taken to nesting under them. Last year Wattsup Solar and his team removed the nests and installed a guard around the edge to keep the pigeons out. However, this hasn't worked as the problem is back. Wattsup Solar team recently stopped by and fixed the issue by installing a larger mesh product that fit the gap better. Updated- they installed a snow fence (material provided by me) that mounts inbetween the panels as well as a guard to keep pigeons out. These are two problems that I would recommend anyone installing solar panels in the city to consider.🥰 Less

We called Project Solar and the next day we had an engineer with us who worked closely with the other company to make sure everything was taken down, the floorboards installed, and then put back together and tested to make sure that it was all working OK. Although I only expressed displeasure in my brow wrinkle, she injected the units other places in my face where I have no wrinkles, but I trusted she knew what she was doing. I thought that was also strange. She said it would be 3-10 days before I noticed any results. After three weeks, there was no change in my face. I called the office to speak with someone to figure out if this was normal, and the girl on the phone told me that since Dysport is the smallest molecule, it “doesn’t work for everyone.” I was shocked to hear that, as that information certainly was not relayed to me when I initially came in. If I had known there was even a chance that the procedure would not produce any results, there’s no way I would have gone through with it, because I don’t like taking risks. She scheduled me to come in so yaz could look at it. Yaz tried to convince me that there was a noticeable difference and showed me the before and after photos, which looked the same to me. She tried to tell me that just because I wasn’t happy that it didn’t look the way I hoped, didn’t mean that it didn’t work. She then tried to sell me additional units. I have since discovered other reviews from others who had the same problem at this office. I know many other women in my family who have had Dysport done several times, and it produced beautiful results. Although I understand everyone’s body is different, I find it hard to believe that I’m the only one who didn’t respond to it. I have serious doubts that I got what I paid for, and wonder if it was mixed correctly. I do not suggest anyone spend money here, as it’s a gamble whether or not you’ll get anything in return. Less

I went in for a consultation and did not end up doing anything. The reason for this is because Yas was very professional and honest and I simply was not a great candidate for what I wanted to do. I am so pleased with the results. I also had a MIRApeel which felt absolutely fantastic. The whole experience was very interesting. It’s not really a peel but more of an exfoliant. She used a machine that had a sandpaper like attachment and as she’s working her way up your face the machine simultaneously releases a serum while the machine sucked off all the excess gunk! The sandpaper like material is really made of diamond dust which was really neat. I am also very pleased with this results. My skin felt nice and plump. The following morning my cheeks had a nice glow and some black heads came to surface 😉 Overall I am extremely satisfied with my experience at this facility.
