Please verify (with initials) that you understand all hold requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance, to allow time for us to make the required amendments. Amendments will be made to your next scheduled payment once the membership hold request has been received between business hours Monday to Friday. All sessions will be cancelled over the scheduled period, which will be confirmed via email by our administration manager. You will be removed from your booked sessions during your leave, and you will not be charged for any sessions over this period. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions at all. *
