Thank you for going through the steps to put in a freeze request for your membership.

⬇️ For clarity, here is how our freezes operate ⬇️

  • This form MUST be filled out FIVE business days prior to your freeze date start, otherwise, it is within the right of the UTS Team to process the next payment per previously agreed upon terms. This is to ensure we can process all administrative duties in a timely manner with our small team.

     

  • We do not allow freezes in the first TWELVE WEEKS of a membership (unless a medical exemption is used). This is for improved accountability, consistency, and the results we guarantee in the beginning of your membership. 

  • UNLESS on a medical exemption OR a Leveled Up Long Term Membership (12 months or more) we have a $10 per week hold fee for all non-medical freezes. 

  • IF you are on a LEVELED UP LONG TERM MEMBERSHIP, you are allotted THREE complimentary freezes for 2-6 weeks per CALENDAR YEAR. This can be for any reason as needed, we just ask that you share your reasoning for your freeze with our team below. 

  • You must put a START and END date on your freeze in order for this to be valid. This is to ensure our team can be properly prepared for your return and for improved accountability, consistency, and the results we guarantee. 

  • A freeze, instead of a temporary cancellation allows you to hold on to your membership with out cancellation (and having to go through our 4 Week onboarding process again ) 

  • Our system completes freezes by asking us if we would like to pause your current, already paid for membership, and pro rate your next payment to reflect credits unused. We choose this option so that you can keep all of your credits paid for, AND pause billing during that time. 

  • Exemptions: Medical Freezes are complimentary with a note from a medical professional relaying your inability to train or use coaching.
