Cancellation Policy

a. We strictly require a minimum of 10-day notice for cancellations prior to membership renewal; otherwise, the cancellation will be effective and apply to the next billing cycle, and no refund will be issued.

b. In the case of medical issues, members will be exempt from the regular cancellation policy if they provide a valid doctor's note.
