If you decide to reactivate your OC Gym membership in the future, we’d love to have you back. Please note that membership rates at the time of reactivation will apply and are subject to change.

If you are sure you would like to cancel, please complete and submit the form below. If you are interested in pausing your membership (up to 3 months) or exploring other options—such as a temporary transfer to a punch card for eligible programs—please submit the appropriate request form instead.

Submission of this form serves as your official written 30-day cancellation notice, as required by our membership policies. Your membership will remain active through your final billing cycle and will be canceled thereafter unless other arrangements have been made.

Please note:

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to your next scheduled billing date
If the 30-day notice window is not met, your cancellation will be processed for the following billing cycle
If your membership is currently paused, the 30-day notice period will begin after your membership returns to its standard billing cycle and the next payment is processed.
