OH NO…you’re choosing to cancel your VisProsper Service(s), is it something we did? We can definitely figure out some type of solution to continue your service(s) with us. Call us IMMEDIATELY and one of our representatives will be more than happy to help you with your issue or concern. If it is a depletion in your financial fund type of issue; we created our services “a-la-carte” for that particular reason. We actually can come up with a service cost that will fit your budget. We definitely do not want to stop bringing to you your next clientele(s)...call us now!
However, if it is a personal issue or matter that no representative or T.E. can help you with, we totally understand but, fact is, we are really sad to see you cancel any service that will prosper you.
Let’s get you cancellation started. In order to process your re-fund, you must complete all required information (below): choose the purchased VisProsper service(s) that you would like to cancel, (if need) state the components of services by hitting the appropriate check box, reconfirm with the term CANCEL and then submit the form to your T.E.. If there is any missing information, your T.E. will be unable to process your return and another cancellation form must be completed and resubmitted for processing. Incomplete Cancellation Forms will be considered invalid and will not be processed.

Please note: Within VisProsper Service regulations, cancellation of a one service and not another is permissible. Cancellation of service components is permissible. (i.e. If you would like to cancel 5 out of 20 leads within your lead generating individual service plan, keeping your service plan’s leads at the minimum 15 for it to remain a plan. Or cancelling 1 out of 3 webpages within a Basic 2-5 Webpage Website Setup Service, keeping your service’s webpage limit at the required 2 webpages). However, with certain cancellations it may automatically switch your service plans: from a customized service plan to an individual service plan or individual service plan will be switched to an individual service; also, this may cancel or change promo rates that your service offered (i.e. Landing Page 15% off (up to 3 months) of Leads offer). Membership fees, taxes and credit card fees will be adjusted accordingly before refund is issued. Please view your VisProsper Service and Price Manual for service prices and plans.
Please note our policy on returns: NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED ONCE ANY SERVICE(S) OR SERVICE PLAN(S)’ SERVICE PERIOD HAS STARTED; INCLUDES NO REFUNDS ISSUED ONCE ANY SERVICE(S) ARE RENDERED ISSUED AND COMPLETE(D). FOR A VISPROSPER SERVICE REFUND TO BE ISSUED, you must fill out this VISPROSPER PURCHASE CANCELLATION/REFUND FORM. We recommend that you fill out this form 72 hours (3-DAYS) BEFORE YOUR SERVICE PERIOD BEGINS. There is a cancelation (penalty) fee for PRIMARY SERVICES (and member’s account will be defaulted if not paid) if a member decides to cancel ANY finalized Primary service order within 72 hours (3-DAYS) before the rendered Service Period: SERVICES ARE NOT FINALIZED BY SIGNATURE SUBMISSION OF SERVICE FORM(S). SERVICES ARE FINALIZED BY PURCHASE OF SERVICE. Maintenance/Automation Service is considered a secondary monthly service and there is no cancellation fee. Therefore, if you cancel Maintenance/Automation Service, there is no proration and your Maintenance/Automation services will cancel at the end of the (purchased) Maintenance/Automation service month.
However, service during a plan, members may deactivate their service at any time. Again, there is a cancellation fee for primary services if plan was deactivated within three days of the next service plan (monthly) cycle. (i.e., Member has purchased an individual service plan 1 Short Version Landing Page (SVLP) and (3 months) of Landing Page Service maintenance on April 9. The T.E. has completed 1 month of maintenance service but the member decides to cancel before 3 days prior to the next cycled service period May 9, the 2nd. The member’s T. E. will deactivate membership and adjust the 1st month’s cost from an Individual Service Plan to an Individual Service with no penalty fee.)
In a highly unlikely situation, if VisProsper affiliates are unable to service members 90-days subsequent to their service period end date, members are able to cancel services and/or request a pro-rated refund for incomplete services.
Once this form is received by your T.E. before your service period begins, it will take approximately 3-5 business days for us to process your return and approximately another 3-4 business days, subject upon your bank, credit card and our 3rd party financial facility regulations, to process your return back to your bank account. Therefore, please continue to check your bank account for your return. If your VisProsper return does not show within 8-10 business days as pending, please call or message our team immediately.
