I confirm I am requesting to cancel my Membership in line with Primal Mvmnt's Terms & Conditions. I understand Membership payments are taken on the 1st of each month and that, once notice is given, one further full monthly payment will be taken on my next normal payment date. My Membership will remain active until the last day of the month covered by that final payment, and I am responsible for payments during this period. If I am still within a Minimum Commitment Period, I understand early termination may apply as set out in the Terms & Conditions.
