For account holds/pauses, we will require at least a week’s notice to put your account on hold. You will have the option of requesting an account hold for 1-Month, 2-Months, or 3-Months. If you need to put your account on hold for the foreseeable future with no end date, it will be treated as a cancellation. You are able to put your account on hold up to 3 total months within a calendar year.
