2021 5th Annual CHEER DESTINY TRUNK OR TREAT REGISTRATION FORM

Join us for our FREE Trunk or Treat event at Cheer Destiny! This event is open to the public and all ages! Bring your buckets, candy, costumes and more! This is an outdoor event where we invite people to decorate their car trunks and we make our own trick or treating neighborhood that is safe and fun for kids! Let's see you this year at our trunk or treat!

All participants will be entered in our costume and trunk contest and will be eligible to win prizes! Winners are chosen by online voting via our social media. So dress to impress and tell your friends and family about our awesome event! If you are a trunk please arrive 45 minutes prior the start of the event

Upon submitting your registration you will be prompted to our online waiver for all minors. If you have never filled out our waiver please do so. If you are a current member you will only need to fill it out for any children who are currently not members in our facility. All participants that enter our facility will be required to have our waiver filled out for inside entry.
