Complete Membership Application and Pay Annual Dues of $100 annually (Jan-Dec); Note: Membership Fees do not include monthly luncheon; renewals will be due every January.
Pay semi-annual monthly lunch fee: (subject to change) currently $137 for 6 months.
Attend at least 6 meetings/events annually.

MCLHC Membership Requirements for Affiliates

Affiliate members are limited to two (2) per industry.
Must have a demonstrated expertise and successful track record as a service provider to the luxury home market.
Must have an MCLHC REALTOR® Member Sponsorship and approval by MCLHC Board.
Complete Membership Application.
Pay Annual Membership Dues of $500 first year and $250 annual renewals thereafter (Jan-Dec); Note: Membership Fees do not include monthly luncheon (details below)
Pay semi-annual monthly lunch fee: (subject to change) currently $137 for 6 months.
